The CNT-90XL is the ultimate tool for measurement and statistical analysis of microwave frequency and power. In test systems, on the R& D bench, in the calibration lab, or in the field; the CNT-90XL outperforms all microwave frequency counters on the market today.
Fast Speed and High Resolution
Featuring the fast measurement speed of 250,000 measurements/sec of frequency or power with a short acquisition time of 25ms (auto) or zero (manual). The CNT-90XL delivers the highest resolution of any microwave counter: 12 digits resolution in a 1-second measurement period.
Advanced Statistical Analysis and Multi-mode Presentation
The graphic display shows frequency or power changes over time, directly on-screen, providing measurement and analysis of FM/AM modulation, power and frequency changes, VCO settling, post-tuning drift, and more. Built-in statistical processing presents on screen display of frequency/power distribution, frequency/power stability, or modulation; in numeric, trend-line, or histogram formats.
Power steps from a generator (-30 to -5 dBm, in 5 dBm steps). Note the output is turned off between power steps; not something a power meter nor a spectrum analyzer would catch
